SheSolves Awards

Application

Welcome! We’re so glad you’re here.

SheSolves is an initiative of the Mass General Brigham Springboard Studio. Our goal is to increase and support women-led innovation initiatives in healthcare while building a community of creative problem solvers. To do so, we are offering a program that centers on women – in funding, in mentors, in community building.

At the Springboard Studio, we address challenges throughout the MGB system with the goal of making healthcare more user-friendly for patients, providers, and staff. We do this with a ‘design thinking’ lens—emphasizing empathy, curiosity, and iteration throughout the process of developing a solution.

To learn more about Springboard, check out our team, processes, and case studies.

We are looking for ideas that make healthcare more user-friendly that are meaningful, potentially feasible and have a motivated person or team behind the idea to advance it.

We know so many of you have great ideas on how to make healthcare more user-friendly at MGB and we want to hear from you. We encourage you to throw your hat in the ring even if you may have imposter syndrome!
